This letter is written in support of the services provided by Harris Leadership Development. Last year, our district identified enhanced customer service and satisfaction as our number one priority. From the very beginning of our association with Harris Leadership Development, we found them to be easy to work with and expert. They designed a customized series of workshops for our district office clerical staff which was informative and empowering.
